Emily Dewey is twenty-two and is from North East Minneapolis.  She is a 2013 graduate of Saint Catherine University, with a double major in Studio Arts with an emphasis of drawing and painting, and an English major with a focus in writing.  Through her work, Emily desires to capture the emotions of everyday life with the use of a human figure.  Her work has been featured in the arts and literary journal, Ariston, 2012-2013, and has also been published in the 2010 edition of SCAN, St. Catherine University’s alumnae publication. Emily currently lives in Kaiserslautern, Germany.
